What is self care?
We hear so much about it – but what is it exactly?
I am too tired, stressed or busy – I haven’t got time!
All too often many people say this and want to change how they feel but don’t know how to change things or even understand the value of it.
Its important to be able to look after yourself first before looking after others.
This workshop will enable you to understand the basics of self care and we will implement some basic tools or coping strategies especially when feeling overwhelmed, stressed or anxious.
no more than 8 people in each group
just over 3 hours with a break incorporated
All coaching is held over zoom in live sessions with a secure link.
As a Specialist Practitioner in Trauma – we provide a safe space to explore your own responses for a wellness toolbox .
This is an ideal introduction if you have not experienced the benefits of coaching before – or a fantastic opportunity to reflect and remind yourself of other self care tools in your recovery journey.
