And now I now have a wellness tool kit that enables me to have balance. Feeling full of life, energy and wanting to start the day with choices and energy.
Join me on our workshops where you will be part of a peer support group - held on zoom or face to face in the south of England.

A huge thank you to @christuck_wwhf who asked me to support during her workshops for overcoming Abuse.
Being able to support these courageous people attending this workshop over 8 weeks to learn and understand the physical, mental Neurological and emotional impact of abuse fills me up as you see them starting to understand they are able to have a voice and can make choices where before it seemed do challenging.
Abuse in all forms is unacceptable and it's very common to normalise, diminish and keep quiet for fear of judgement, shame and guilt whether it be experienced though childhood and or in Adulthood.
Recovery is possible and knowledge is power.... Finding balance and the courage to be vulnerable is priceless ❤️❤️ ... See MoreSee Less

"Beverley took us on a gentle but powerful self discovery journey, learning in an open and honest, but safe environment. Coaching with Beverley felt very nurturing and supportive and at the same time empowering. I loved the way she mentored the group, the whole coaching experience was extremely valuable and I would like to say a heartfelt Thank You to Beverley. I would definitely recommend coaching to others, and I have already recommended my husband. I think coaching can help so many people to take back control of your own life in a healthy and practical way. " C.J.B.
As a member of the IRCT (Institute of Recovery from Childhood Trauma) I look forward to attending events.
Tomorrow's event is Trauma Informed Practice - Environment s to promote recovery. This is very dear to my heart both personally and professionally and look forward to being amongst others looking to make changes for young people now and our future Adults. ❤️
I know what it feels like to worry about symptoms and worry even more about whether I was doing the right or wrong things to recover.

When life is challenging we still have choices however they are not always clear. Having a voice enables me to share my own lived experience, to open discussions, inspire others and raise awareness to enable others to find ways to overcome.
Claustrophobia is one of my anxieties and a fear I am currently challenging. This week I started hot yoga in a room heated to 42-48 degrees!!
Yep I signed up as a new member with a special monthly offer -this for me ensures that I can listen to my body, acclimatise and start to reprogramme my trigger response with self love and trust.
Most importantly is being able to feel vulnerable and safe - something that I was unable to do as a child. Thank you to CJ and Ricardo @hotyogabrighton for their guidance, support & reassurance when just being in the room is a huge goal at the moment - and I look forward to returning this week as I can feel benefits already🥰
Why would I do this?
Self care, recovery & growth to thrive is something ingrained in me both with lived experience and in a professional capacity.
I have wanted to go on a retreat so I am creating a #staycation retreat and ensuring my health is at an optimum in my everyday life ❤️
I know the benefits will be worth it long term and enjoying pushing myself out of my comfort zone.
Overcoming anxiety is possible when we are ready to accept our own self love and support from those around us... Facing our fears helps us to overcome panic attacks. What is your fear? ❤️
Walking is a great way to keep healthy and part of a wellness toolkit.

Are you continually feeling unwell or in pain - migraine, IBS, chronic pain that continues and pain killers don't help, continued viruses, ulcers?
I recommend this book for you to read - it highlights the connection between physical and neurological pathways.
All pain is real and so is illness, however by looking at the underlying cause and not just the physical symptoms is important in recovery.
