Walking in the park with out dog Harvey. Gardening. It can be hard work. But good exercise and once you have sown seeds, planted up the boarders, hanging baskets and pots. Also growing vegetables and fruit. You can sit back and reap the rewards from your little haven that you have created 😀

If you are skeptical about life mentoring, then you will remain in the arena that you have always been in. Addressing my life issues with Beverley was the best thing I did, she gave me the tools to move forward and forget the negative areas of my past. Bereavement is something we don’t often speak about or voice.... and yet it has immense impact on us... emotionally and physically. The sense of loss, sadness, anger, abandonment and the finality of it. Also the physical impact... fuzzy brain unable to do the simplest of tasks, heart palpitations, crying at inappropriate times or laughing hysterically, the isolation from others and wanting to stay cocooned in the darkness. There are many stages to go through and all of them justified so be gentle with yourself and others, remember to eat regularly, walk in the fresh air and most importantly smile at the loving memories you have of that person.
