Finding the courage to be vulnerable is very difficult when we are naturally learn to survive and we numb how we feel with addictions - Alcohol, drugs, shopping, work, chocolate, sport and many more.
There are 6 stages of recovery and the first one we call denial - but I would challenge that as we are living our life in the only way we know how - it is our normal way of being.
Feeling anxious, angry, frustrated, chronically tired every day , feeling overwhelmed and stuck in a rut - it is our normal way of being.
Taking the first StepForward to making a change is important - so contact us to find out the options available to you. ... See MoreSee Less
Self care is not a luxury it is a necessity - this week is #mentalhealthawareness & for me it’s about mental, physical & emotional health... hence taking time to walk and rest outside in nature is important to me & included in my daily calendar.

Walking in the park with out dog Harvey. Gardening. It can be hard work. But good exercise and once you have sown seeds, planted up the boarders, hanging baskets and pots. Also growing vegetables and fruit. You can sit back and reap the rewards from your little haven that you have created 😀
What a beautiful post! We agree it is vital to make time for self care. Being in nature, reading and exercising are among our favourites when taking time to slow down, so we are able to reset and relax. 😘😘

When you receive feedback from a client who wanted to make the changes but didn't know where to start - he took the StepForward and he invested in himself and this is his feedback:
What was your reason/objective for having Mentoring:
Reason - Business and Personal relationship issues & negativity Objective - to bring these back into correct alignment, reduce anger, stop being negative, look forward instead of the past
Previously tried life coaching, but they never got to the source, unlike Beverley who did.
Was there anything you felt we didn’t cover or you would like to look at further? Not at present as I have to put the tools and techniques into practice, but will be back to further my learning
If you are skeptical about life mentoring, then you will remain in the arena that you have always been in. Addressing my life issues with Beverley was the best thing I did, she gave me the tools to move forward and forget the negative areas of my past. If your life is in a rut, just take one session and you will see the benefit.

Just when we think the rain will never stop the sun comes out - (just like in life when life feels chaotic, unbalanced or difficult)and nature reminds us that change is important to grow and learn. As with seasons there will be endings and letting go... this enables new growth. It was great to share this special moment with @debbieisitt8222 today and my gratitude today is for my friends & family that are part of my life. What are you grateful for today? 💖🙏🏼 #friendships #support #talking #laughter #listen #listentoyourheart #recovery #optimistic #hesling #selfcarecoach #wellness #balance ... See MoreSee Less
Bereavement is something we don’t often speak about or voice.... and yet it has immense impact on us... emotionally and physically. The sense of loss, sadness, anger, abandonment and the finality of it. Also the physical impact... fuzzy brain unable to do the simplest of tasks, heart palpitations, crying at inappropriate times or laughing hysterically, the isolation from others and wanting to stay cocooned in the darkness. There are many stages to go through and all of them justified so be gentle with yourself and others, remember to eat regularly, walk in the fresh air and most importantly smile at the loving memories you have of that person. Most importantly it’s ok to voice how you feel, speak to your friends & family or with a professional - support is important 😘💖🙏🏼 #selfcarecoach #wellness #openingconversations #havingavoice #feelings #Love #emotions ...
