When we don’t speak out, our feelings are internalised and can have a negative effect on our physical, mental and emotional health. Often impacting our own responses in a negative way too, with lack of Self Care, Boundaries and Awareness.

However, this doesn’t have to always stay the same.

Wellness Coaching is an ideal way to look at where you currently are in life and how to achieve balance and purpose.

By recognising the effects of stress and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) such as bullying, trauma and abuse, enables you to acknowledge how you feel and make changes in your everyday life. By letting go of limiting beliefs, including shame, guilt, anxiety or fear, will enable you live your life authentically.

Having a voice to release emotions, having difficult conversations and also expressing what personal dreams and goals you have, can be very powerful. Enabling you to have a voice can be externalised in many different creative ways.

Writing, music, art, speaking – there are many forms of releasing and overcoming and this is personal for each person. By having a choice of how and what you want to share, is also very important to enable healing, recovery and to StepForward to Be the Best You.

Most of my clients are successful adults in their own career or business. However, life events, such as bereavement, divorce or chronic illness can trigger you to feel unbalanced in your personal and professional life, feeling that life is unravelling before your eyes. Within your coaching sessions and additional recommendations – you will have a clearer understanding of your physical & emotional reactions together with tools to use effectively along the way.

A variety of coaching pathways are available, tailored to your own requirements, giving you the choice, that fits in with your lifestyle and location:

  • 1:1 Consultation 90 or 120mins – with a pre-assessment form to be completed
  • 1:1 Recovery pathways (minimum 10 sessions)
  • Group Workshops
